This chapter discusses how important it is to collect, organize and present evidence in an effective manner. In order to have a fair assessment for students we have to as teachers make sure we are giving information that is necessary to help students for when they are being assessed. I think this chapter points out how important it is for students to collect and understand their own evidence of learning. This helps teachers also when it comes to parent-teacher interviews from the students knowing they have been working to improve the quality of their work through feedback from the teachers. It is also a bonus for students to be organized with their school work and grades so that when they get into jobs and reality, they are prepared also. Students need to be accountable for their learning. If students are given the opportunity to assemble their own evidence in which ever creative way they like, they may be more willing to keep track of their learning.
